Please Note:

1. DJI Care Refresh (2-Year Plan) can be bound to a previously purchased DJI product if it meets the following criteria:
   • Brand new and unactivated product;
   • Drone activated no more than 48 hours ago.

2. Upon purchase of DJI Care Refresh, the activation code will be sent to you via email along with instructions to activate and link it to the corresponding DJI product.

3. DJI Care Refresh and the associated product must be purchased in the same country or region, as coverage benefits are only valid in the original region of purchase.

4. For each replacement request, you will receive a brand-new product or one equivalent to new in performance and reliability.

DJI Care Refresh covers accidental damage and allows up to 4 product replacements within two years at a minimal cost.

Flyaway Coverage:
One replacement available for €699.
(To use Flyaway coverage, users must have bound their DJI account and remote controller to their drone via the DJI Fly app. If this binding process is not completed prior to a flyaway incident, Flyaway coverage cannot be used.)

Important: DJI Care Refresh plans are digital products and are non-refundable once the activation code has been issued via email.
